Products sale through the stellasofia.it portal is managed only by Sofia S.r.l., strada consortile zona ASI Polo Unica, 81032, Carinaro (CE), VAT: 03966850616, registered capital € 10.0000, pec: firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the purchase process, users will be asked to read our sales terms and conditions and to accept them in order to complete a purchase order.
Accepting our sales terms and conditions, you agree and declare the following:
- to use the website only to explore it and make legally valid orders;
- not to make fake or illegal order;
- to supply true data, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and not fake ones;
- to be of legal age;
- to be contacted for delivery, shipping, advertising and invalid data.
Failure to receive correct data implies the impossibility to process and/or confirm eventual orders.
General sales conditions provide that there is no contract between the parties before an order is confirmed. Sofia S.r.l. reserves the right to accept orders and to send a confirmation notice. If an order should be refused and the payment already completed, we will return the whole amount received.
An order can be entered following the stellasofia.it online purchase procedures and will be forwarded after payment authorization (“buy”). A “purchase order confirmation” notice will be sent by mail. All purchase orders are subject to our approval which will be communicated with the “shipping confirmation” message. Only the goods contained in the shipping confirmation are object to the contract and we will not be obliged to ordered and not confirmed goods.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The goods to this website are available for shipping worldwide (excluding Russia). In case, due to logistic reasons, an ordered good should be unavailable, we will immediately inform the purchaser, who will be able to enter a new order or request repayment.
To satisfy our customer’s requirements we are committed to confirm and ship all orders within the date set in the shipping confirmation notice. Our deliveries are subject to various unpredictable logistic circumstances, in case of delivery delay, users will be informed via mail or other indicated media.
The term “delivery” means that the goods have arrived at the indicated destination domicile.
In case the user would not be at home at delivery, a new delivery date can be fixed contacting our customer care service or the shipping agent himself. The shipped goods can be tracked at any moment following track code that you get from shipper.Users will be responsible for the goods starting from the moment of delivery.
PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Products purchase prices are indicated in the product page and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and must be added according to the kind, as stated in the “Shipping” section. In case of price errors, users will be immediately informed and will be able to confirm the order or ask for repayment.
Payment is made during the purchase procedure, at the moment in which users are asked to choose payment mode, and enter shipping and/or invoicing data. Users who are already registered to the portal, it will be not necessary to enter already supplied data.
For fiscal purpose VAT or fiscal code are required.
Payments for purchased goods can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards and prepaid cards (postepay, genius Card, etc.) and it’s operated by Paypal. The amount is debited at the moment of purchase order confirmation. Credit cards data entered are encrypted to reduce unauthorized access risks.
Orders can be shipped to the address supplied by customers. Shipments are entrusted to DHL and/or GLS to cover whole national and international territory.
Shipping costs and delivery times depending of the selected area:
- Italy: 3/6 working days – Free
- Europe: within 10 working days – € 9,90
- Resto del mondo: 10 working days – shipping cost will be calculated during purchase process
Users can enter a delivery address different from the one indicated for invoicing.
Sofia S.r.l is not responsible for any custom duty or import tax in force in the destinations country.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND GOODS RETURN POLICY
If a product delivered proved to be faulty, users have the right to demand repayment or replacement filling the dedicated form, indicating all damaged products references and order related, not later than 48 hours from the product delivery.
Users can use their right of withdrawal from the contract, without penalty and additional costs, in compliance with art. 52 decree 206/03 (Privacy Act), as mod. decree 21/2014, filling the returned good form by 30 working days from product delivery.

The shipment for returned goods is on our expenses for the flawed goods only, in all other cases the costs will be at customer’s charge and must take place within 15 days from returned goods form submission. Sofia S.r.l. Is exempt from any shipping damage during withdrawal process, therefore the goods are on the responsibility of client until the return at the warehouse.
Items are to be returned in their original packaging with their labels and/or accessories (dust bag, container, etc.) and must not be altered.
The refund is paid within 15 working days after receipt of goods following the same payment system chosen during the checkout. Sofia S.r.l. Reserves the right to suspend the refund until the return at the warehouse.
Refund can be rejected in cases where:
- Products gets disintegrated, damaged or incomplete.
- Packaging get disintegrated, damaged or incomplete
Nothing in this website content has to be intended as the granting of any license or right to use any of the trademarks without prior and written consent. The written contents accessible in this website are property of their authors and are neither partly or completely reproducible without the author’s written consent.
All communication must be sent preferably via website form or via given e-mail or other contacts. Sofia S.r.l. uses e-mail and phone to send the users information about orders, products, services and payments.
After a payment for a purchase, users will receive an “order confirmation” e-mail and a “shipping confirmation” one, both sent to the e-mail entered during registration.
Sofia S.r.l. is not responsible for failure to delivery and/or delivery delay due to force majeure events such as:
- uprising, terrorist attack, war
- natural disaster
- transportation services obstacle (land, sea and air transport)
- communication network interruption
- laws imposed by governments
Even being beyond our reach, we are committed to completing orders as soon the above events are solved or during the same using the available means.
ENTIRETY OF CONTRACT
The terms and conditions under this contract summarize the accordance between users and our company and, signing it, the parties agree not to refer to other agreements not indicated or referred to in this document.
Sofia S.r.l. reserves the right to modify its sales conditions. Anyway, we will refer to the law in force at the moment of purchase order shipping.
